Your role
As a Strategic site manager at business area Surveillance, you will work in an international and complex business environment. Rapid growth, dynamic demands and advanced security threats is part of the everyday business.
In your role as Strategic site manager, you will lead and coordinate support to the Business area in strategic and operational property and facility management. You will be responsible for strategic facility planning in accordance with Surveillance business plan and you will represent Surveillance in property forums.
You will be manager for the Site coordination team and a part of the management team for business area Surveillance Security and risk management department and you report to Head of Security, Business area Surveillance.
Your main area of responsibility will be:
- Strategic site/facility planning and management
- Leading BA Surveillance site operations
- Continuity management
- Site security management
- Loss prevention
- Teaching, training and presentations
Your profile
Required skills:
Experience in site management from a business and/or property perspective, preferably with areas such as
Contract management
Site development
Contractor management
Financial responsibility
Extensive experience from working in a business-driven organization
Documented manager experience
Experience from working with protective security from a site perspective
Experience from working with BCM
Good problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
Experience from working in a global context
- Understanding of site operations related in relations to the business process
- Ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization

As a Strategic site manager at business area Surveillance, you will get in contact with classified information. This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

The security function at business area Surveillance is a department consisting of competences such as security managers, information security specialists, security protection specialist, security administration and site management. You will work with all our business entities and sites including outside Sweden.
You will be based in Stockholm/Järfälla or Göteborg/Kallebäck, but we are a global company and we work in an international context, which will require some travelling both domestic and internationally and you need to feel confident in both speaking and writing in English.
